The Carriage House Brooklyn, AKA Razor Studio, is a versatile studio space for rent located where East Willamsburg and Bushwick meet, in Brooklyn, NY.
This historic building welcomes and holds space for curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and self-expression. Whether you're looking to host an art opening, teach a workshop, host a private party, launch a brand, or record your podcast, our good vibes space is a welcome setting for you and your guests.
Our street level storefront is located at 164 Meserole Street. and features a 14' x 22' open floorplan, private bathroom, kitchenette, and large glass window facing a wide sidewalk with lots of neighborhood foot traffic.
